Diploma in Social Work
The Diploma in Social Work program aims to train the candidate to meet the increasing needs of quality services in the communities and humanitarian social centers in Myanmar. Matriculation passed is eligible for applying the program. The total duration of the whole program is six months: Term 1 – 3 months (June– August) and term 2 – 3 months (Sept – Dec). Term 1 will begin in the second week of June 2017. This study covers the following modules: Introduction to Social Work, Case Management, Mental Health, Disability Studies, Human Behavior and Social Development, Applied Psychology, Psychiatric and Counseling, Working with Child/Youth/ Adult, and Practicum.
